Tired of the tedious task of cranking the handle on your tubing bender? Do you find yourself using a 6-foot cheater bar slid over the factory handle to gain more leverage, while straining to read the degree wheel that is approximately 8 feet away? This kit is designed out of pure necessity and engineered to be the best solution on the market.

The kit is designed to fit a range of tubing benders, including the JD-2 Model 3, JD-2 Model 32, Pro Tools 105, 105HD, Woodward Fab WFB2, Eastwood 21115, and JMR manual tubing benders. The brackets are precisely laser-cut from high-strength 1/4-inch steel and expertly formed on a CNC press brake. The kit is available in two configurations: welded or unwelded. The material thickness and bending capacity may vary depending on the specific tubing bender, so it's important to consult your user manual for technical details. As a general rule, if you can bend the material manually, the SWAG air/hydraulic bender can handle it with ease.

The JD-2 Model 32 kit comes with 2 additional steel brackets and several extra fasteners, resulting in a slightly higher cost. The formed version of the JD-2 Model 32 kit is rated for materials up to 0.120 inches in wall thickness. If you need to bend thicker wall material, 0.188 inches or larger, you'll require our machined air/hydro ram mount.

Please note that this kit is 100% complete, but it does not come pre-painted. The welded option is available for those who prefer a fully assembled solution. However, the tubing bender itself and the 8-ton long ram are not included. The 8-ton air/hydraulic ram must have an outside diameter of 80mm. While there are numerous 8-ton rams available on platforms like eBay and Amazon, many have an outside diameter of 84mm, which will not work for this application. We recommend the Harbor Freight PN 56215 80mm OD ram, which can be purchased online or at your local Harbor Freight store.
